Job Summary

We are looking for a F&B Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience in F&B service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and restaurant hygiene.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock, and wastage.
• Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.
• Maintain discipline and teamwork within the F&B team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B / Restaurant / Hospitality operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards.
• Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, bars, or hotels will be preferred.
