F&B Executive

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented F&B Executive with experience in fine dining restaurants or3-star/4-star hotels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain the high service standards of Calicut Paragon.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Take and process guest orders accurately.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and restaurant SOPs.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Male candidate, below 30 years old.
• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants or 3-star/4-star hotels is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service and restaurant operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,700.00 per month
