Job Summary

Kaya Gantavya Resorts & Spa, Pelling, Sikkim, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth food and beverage operations while delivering excellent service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of the restaurant and dining areas.
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and minimizing wastage.
• Support the F&B team in day-to-day restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and guest-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and flexible shifts.
