F&B Group General Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the group’s food and beverage operations. Oversees strategic planning, revenue growth, profitability, service standards, operational efficiency, and team development across all outlets and concepts. Leads managers and key stakeholders to ensure consistent guest experience, strong financial results, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic & Business Leadership – Develop and execute the F&B strategy, business plans, budgets, KPIs, and growth initiatives across all outlets and concepts.
• Financial & Commercial Management – Drive revenue, profitability, cost control, budgeting, pricing, promotions, and overall financial performance.
• Operations & Guest Experience – Ensure consistent standards for food, beverage, service, cleanliness, safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
• Leadership & People Development – Lead, coach, and develop F&B teams, establish performance standards, and build a high-performance culture.
• Brand & Concept Development – Strengthen F&B concepts through menu innovation, product development, brand positioning, marketing, and guest experience initiatives.
• Procurement & Supply Chain – Manage purchasing strategies, supplier relationships, product quality, inventory, and cost and waste controls.
• Stakeholder & Business Development – Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders while identifying new concepts, partnerships, markets, and revenue opportunities.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
