Job Overview

Gold Nest Rubystone Heritage, Udaipur, managed by Rubystone Hospitality, is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (F&B GSA) to join its hotel operations team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, good communication skills, and a positive attitude towards guest service.

The selected candidate will assist in restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
• Assist with restaurant setup, table arrangements, mise-en-place, and buffet setup.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
• Follow hotel service standards, food safety guidelines, and departmental procedures.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and banquet service as required.
• Maintain proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Support the F&B team in delivering an excellent guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant hotel or restaurant experience may apply.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and a guest-first approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn hotel service standards and work as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000, depending on skills and experience.
