F&B -Guest Relation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest requests and feedback, and coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Provide professional and personalized guest service throughout their visit.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation.
• Coordinate with the F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Understand guest preferences and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate them to the Restaurant Manager when required.
• Maintain regular communication with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• Coordinate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
• Assist in maintaining guest history and preferences where applicable.
• Conduct regular floor checks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the restaurant team during peak hours and special events.
• Ensure the restaurant's service standards and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
• Build positive relationships with regular and VIP guests.
• Collect guest feedback and share relevant observations with management.
• Assist with guest follow-ups and customer retention activities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, F&B Service, or a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in a fine-dining restaurant or premium hotel is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered for suitable openings.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.

Pay: ₹21,934.65 - ₹25,524.55 per month
