As F&B Hostess, you hold a crucial role in the hospitality industry by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications This position is only for Indonesian.

• Previous Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to create a welcoming first impression.
• Ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident presentation.
