F&B Hostess

Gevora Hotel Dubai is looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused F&B Hostess to join our Food & Beverage Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage guest seating and restaurant reservations efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain an updated seating plan and coordinate table allocation
• Communicate effectively with waitstaff, supervisors, and other departments
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant entrance
• Monitor guest flow and assist in managing waiting times during busy periods
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary
• Ensure excellent guest service in accordance with hotel standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
• Well-groomed with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
