HOSTESS – Fanzone Café & Restaurant | Ras Al Khaimah

Fanzone Café & Restaurant is looking for a friendly, confident, and presentable Hostess to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and guide customers to their tables.
• Present a professional and welcoming image of the restaurant.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with waitresses and the management team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/entrance area.
• Support the team during busy periods.
• Handle guests professionally and politely at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous hostess, receptionist, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, confident, and professional appearance.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Available for immediate joining is preferred.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
