We’re Hiring – Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and assist with table arrangements.
• Provide professional and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate seating plans.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and facilities.
• Coordinate with the Waiter/Waitress and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
