F&B Management Trainee

About the role

F&B Management Associate role within BreadTalk Group's food atrium operations, responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of food and drinks stalls, supporting the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial management, and gaining knowledge of stall operations through exposure to different positions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations of food/drinks stalls
• Assist the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the stall
• Gain knowledge of the food/drink stalls operations through exposure to the different positions within the stall
• Supervise store operations, cash control and shift management
• Co-lead the team to create positive experience for customers by providing prompt service and quality beverages and products
• Ensure compliance of all related standards and guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Prepare documents and update records
• Keep regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness
• Liaise with all stakeholders
• Travel to different outlets and participate in daily operations as required

About you

• Minimally a degree in any field
• Willingness to work 6-day work weeks, including weekends and Public Holidays, on rotating shifts
• Presentable, with a friendly and customer-oriented disposition
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Open to cross-deployment across various outlets
