Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager to oversee café operations, manage service and kitchen coordination, supervise staff, and maintain food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café and food service operations.
• Supervise and train service staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Manage staff duty rosters and work allocation.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs.
• Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
