F&B Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operation, quality, and profitability of all restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This role ensures excellent guest experience, efficient service, cost control, and compliance with hotel and food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and banqueting
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets
• Analyze revenue, sales trends, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol laws
• Maintain licenses, audits, and certifications
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Finance, and Purchasing
• Prepare reports on sales, costs, and performance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years in food & beverage operations
• At least 3-5 years in a management role
