Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Promote a positive work environment and facilitate staff training and development
• Drive marketing initiatives and special events to increase patronage and sales

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
