F&B Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven F&B Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, efficient cost management, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise F&B staff and coordinate work schedules
• Monitor food quality, service standards, inventory, and costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and operational expenses
• Train, coach, and evaluate F&B team members
• Coordinate with other departments to support business operations
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and F&B operations
• Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules
