What they need
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and F&B operations.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
