JOB DESCRIPTION – F&B MANAGER

Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the property.
• Supervise and coordinate F&B service teams, including Captains, Stewards, and other staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure proper resolution.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for F&B staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Store, Purchase, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor daily sales, wastage, breakage, and operational costs.
• Ensure proper control of inventory, equipment, and F&B materials.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.
• Review guest feedback and online reviews and take necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
• Plan staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
• Support management in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous experience as an F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, hygiene, and cost control.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Hotel/restaurant industry experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
