Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food and beverage supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and review daily sales reports and operational records.
• Monitor expenses, control wastage, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate workforce availability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong operational knowledge, staff management experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
