F&B Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Club's food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and banquet functions.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train and manage F&B staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.
• Prepare budgets, monthly reports and operational plans.
• Handle members' feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Plan and coordinate Club functions, events and banquets.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to improve F&B services.
• Monitor the performance of external F&B operators or caterers, where applicable.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in clubs, hotels, restaurants or hospitality establishments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to manage staff, resolve operational issues and work under pressure.
• Computer literate and able to prepare operational and financial reports.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
