Role Description This part-time F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating daily activities to maintain efficient and consistent service delivery. The manager will supervise frontline staff, organize schedules, provide training and coaching, and monitor customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations, managing inventory and ordering, and supporting budgeting and cost control efforts. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to implement service improvements and uphold ServiceTrade’s values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience managing or supervising F&B operations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a track record of handling guest concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to onboard, guide, and develop service staff.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with experience monitoring costs, managing inventory, and supporting financial planning.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B management, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a hybrid setting and adapt to changing operational needs.
