F&B Operation Assistant Manager

Omega Pork Noodle is looking for a passionate and hands-on F&B Operations Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Outlet PIC in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train and motivate outlets FOH & BOH staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service, food quality and cleanliness.
• To ensure cashier, ordering, service standards and SOP compliance.
• Conduct daily briefing, reviewing staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
• Monitor sales, wastage, stock and outlet operating costs.
• Support staff training, OJT and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years F&B experience; Supervisor & Outlet Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, responsible and hands-on.
• Mandarin speaking preferred.
• Able to respond promptly and provide timely operational support and advice when required.
