F&B Operations Admin

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised F&B Operations Admin to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our F&B outlets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth outlet operations and provide timely administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets.
• Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Supervisors on operational matters.
• Follow up on outlet maintenance and repair requests.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain and organise operational documents and records.
• Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes and other administrative documents.
• Update and maintain operational databases and filing systems.
• Assist in the application and renewal of business licences and permits.
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing arrangements for outlets.

About you

• Minimum 1 years of experience in administration or operations.
• Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive.
