Halo! Bottega Italiana Bali is a growing family of Italian restaurants across Bali. We serve great food and love what we do. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on person to be our daily operations superhero!

The Role

As our F&B Operations Admin, you are the person who keeps all our restaurants running smoothly. When an AC breaks, a light goes out, or a kitchen needs fixing, you are the one who calls the right tukang, sends them to the restaurant, and makes sure the kerjaan is 100% beres.

Key Responsibilities

• Venue Checks: Ride your motorbike between our restaurants to check on repairs and make sure the facilities look great.
• Manage the Tukang: Call, schedule, and oversee external workers (tukang, teknisi, and vendors) for daily maintenance.
• Problem Solver Fast: Be the first person we call when there is an emergency during service. Stay calm and fix it quickly!
• Keep Us Updated: Send clear updates for the management team
• Bonus Skills: Help us manage local permits and licensing (perizinan) if you have experience with it.

Requirements

• Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in operations, admin, or facility checking (restaurant experience is a big plus!).
• Language: Conversational English is okay! You don't need perfect grammar, just be brave enough to chat with our bule managers.
• Ready to Move: You have your own reliable motorbike and an active SIM C.
• Great Attitude: You are super organized, responsible, and rajin. You never stop until a job is totally finished.
• Local Talent: You are an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) already living in Bali.
