F&B Operations Manager

Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a visionary leader to define the future of their F&B operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop annual operational plans, budgets, and action roadmaps for regional restaurants, breaking them down into monthly targets aligned with company goals.
• Closely monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and apply lessons learned to improve future forecasting.
• Keep a tight grip on expense budgets across all outlets to ensure regional objectives are met.
• Build a strong talent pipeline – assess current staffing and succession readiness, and make strategic adjustments to optimize team structure.
• Leverage monthly profit & loss reports to drive cost efficiencies in food, labour, utilities, and maintenance – and identify new opportunities to boost profitability.
• Lead performance reviews for both regional support staff and store teams, fostering continuous growth and higher productivity.
• Spearhead the execution of gift card sales plans, providing hands-on support to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of regional operations manager experience in the chain restaurant industry, with a solid grasp of business operations and management practices.
• Quick learner with a strong collaborative spirit and team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems.
