F&B Operations Manager

The F&B Operations Manager is expected to lead and oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations to improve outlet performance, service quality, productivity, efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement effective operational systems, SOPs, policies and improvement initiatives while coordinating with Operations Support, IT, Sales & Marketing, Repair & Maintenance and other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations to improve outlet performance, service quality, productivity, efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement effective operational systems, SOPs, policies and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Operations Support, IT, Sales & Marketing, Repair & Maintenance and other departments
• Monitor customer satisfaction, financial performance, budgeting and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant operations team to strengthen performance, employee engagement and succession capability

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial and budgeting management, people leadership and training
• Working knowledge of food safety standards
• Strong decision-making, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
