F&B operations manager

Operations Manager — Keef the Beef, Faber Side & More

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our outlets, lead our teams, and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Lead outlet managers and service teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage outlet budgets and monitor sales, labour costs, food costs, and profitability.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships, and cost negotiations.
• Develop and implement operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Work with the kitchen, HR, finance, and marketing teams on staffing, cost control, and promotions.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and licensing requirements are met.
• Handle customer feedback and support teams on the floor during busy service periods.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in F&B operations management.
• Strong service background, with progression through roles such as Waiter, Captain, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Area Manager.
• Experience managing at least two outlets at the same time.
• Experience managing budgets, manpower, purchasing, suppliers, and operating costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to balance hands-on floor support with planning and business management.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
