F&B POOL SUPERVISOR

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Excellent command of English and Greek.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
• Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations within the pool areas.
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in accordance with the hotel's luxury standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the pool F&B service areas.
• Collaborate closely with the F&B management team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards related to F&B operations.
• Previous experience with LQA and / or Forbes Standards will be considered a strong advantage
