F&B Receptionist

We are one of the leading F&B Groups in Hong Kong and are looking for talented service team members to bring an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers, working together as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist day-to-day restaurant operations and assigned by the Restaurant Manager
• Handle all reservations and inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner
• Review and monitor reservation lists to welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner
• Lead guests to the table & streamline the customer traffic on the service floor
• Introduce restaurant menus to the guests if in need
• Assist in peak hours by making orders and delivering food & beverages to the guests
• Prepare bill payments accurately & gather guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and maintain a positive guest experience
• Assist and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate’ candidates are welcome; having relative working experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Polite, presentable, punctual, people-oriented, detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and creative thinking skills
• Good command of spoken English and ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin
• Available to work on shift with split shifts
• Immediate available preferred
