F&B Sales Executive

About the role

This is a full-time F&B Sales Executive position at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns (A member of OSK Group), located in Kuantan, Pahang. You will play a key role in driving food and beverage sales and revenue for the hotel, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively promoting and selling the hotel's food and beverage offerings to generate new business
2. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local market
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
4. Negotiating and securing contracts for events, functions and catering services
5. Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
6. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop appealing food and beverage offerings
7. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
8. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the business

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
4. A proactive and target-driven approach to sales
5. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
7. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
8. Experience in hotel industry is an added advantage
