F&B Server/ Host

The Role

• Reporting to the Food Supervisors, the Food Department Store Team Members will support cross-functional operations of instore food offerings (retail, F&B concepts, events and activations) for delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving commercial targets

Duties include:

• Preparing and serving food and beverages
• Handling retail transactions and customer enquiries
• Stock replenishment and store display
• Store hygiene and presentation upkeep
• Delivering worldclass customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers
• Support activations and events including tastings and workshops
• Other ad hoc duties within the Food Department

Experience

• Hospitality/food service experience preferred
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales driving initiatives
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Commercially driven - able to apply product training and provide recommendations to capture upselling opportunities
• An agile team player and fast learner - able to support rotating concepts/offerings
• Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Passionate about luxury retail, gourmet food, and premium customer experiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
