F&B Server/Attendant

Main Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, guiding menu selections, and ensuring smooth service from arrival to departure.
• Sales & Upselling: Drive revenue by actively promoting daily specials, premium items, and beverages.
• Order Accuracy: Take precise orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timely delivery.
• Station Maintenance: Maintain a pristine, welcoming dining environment through proactive table setups and cleaning.
• Teamwork: Restock supplies and support teammates to uphold high safety and service standards during peak shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years in restaurant or hospitality roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, professional demeanor, and proven upselling abilities.
• Traits: Highly reliable, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and quick at menu memorization.
