About the role

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate individuals to join our team as F&B Service & Kitchen Crew! You'll play an important role in delivering the Shake Shack experience by serving our guests with a positive attitude while ensuring our food and restaurant meet our high standards. Whether you're taking orders, preparing delicious food, or keeping the restaurant running smoothly, you'll be part of a supportive team where everyone works together to create an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
• Perform various restaurant operations including frontline service, order taking, cashier, grill, fry station, beverage preparation, and other assigned stations.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Shake Shack's quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure all products are prepared consistently and presented according to company standards.
• Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, neatness, and overall appearance at all times.
• Support smooth daily restaurant operations and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Work closely with team members and support one another to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Follow all company operational, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.

About you

• Warm, cheerful, and guest-focused personality.
• Energetic, positive, and highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience using a POS/cashier system will be an added advantage.
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
