F&B Service Associate

Role Overview: Front-of-house team members responsible for delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable dining experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and serve guests as per service standards
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and service areas
• Handle billing and guest requests professionally
• Upsell menu items where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the floor team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B service preferred; freshers with the right attitude may also apply
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English/Hindi communication skills; additional languages a plus
• Local candidates, who can come for an in-person interview, are preferred
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
