F&B Service Associate

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service in all dining outlets of the hotel or resort. The role supports daily operations while maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, courteous, and prompt service to guests at all times
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages following hotel service standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and after service
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide product knowledge when needed
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Support banquet and event operations as required
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process bills and payments accurately, if assigned
• Comply with hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming guidelines

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course is an advantage.
• With or without experience in hotel or restaurant service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
