F&B Service Associate

• Preparation: Set up tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, and glassware before service. Restock side stations with napkins, condiments, and menus.
• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and share deep knowledge of food and beverage options.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Delivery & Maintenance: Serve food and drinks professionally, clear dirty plates, wipe down tables, and check in with guests to guarantee satisfaction.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow safe food-handling and sanitation rules, maintain a clean work area, and manage end-of-shift cleanups.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is preferred but on-the-job training is common.
• Communication: Friendly demeanor with strong verbal skills to interact with guests and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry serving trays for long hours during a shift.
• Compliance: Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and legal age requirements if serving alcohol.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
