What they need
- Greet guests and escort them to their seats.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to guests’ orders.
- Assist with table setup and ensure proper handling of service equipment.
- Ensure the quality of all food and beverages served.
- Present the menu, recommend dishes and promote restaurant sales.
- Attend to guests’ feedback and complaints, and inform the supervisor for immediate follow up.
Job Requirements
- Service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good team player.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
