岗位职责：

• 协助他人工作，来提高客人满意度；对新人和同事，要协助进行有效的培训；
• 在换班期间，协助服务，定餐位，与厨房沟通，来确保客人满意度；
• 要求专业知识丰富，熟悉本部门的工作，掌握活动项目的特点，善于解决工作中出现的问题；

岗位要求：

• 中专及以上学历；
• 相关工作经验2年或以上；
• 有责任心和团队合作精神 ；
• 具有熟练的服务技巧；
• 善于与客人交流，具有较强的服务意识。
• 普通话流利，掌握基础的英语口语；

We are looking for a F&B Service Service Leader

As a F&B Service Service Leader, we rely on you to

• Assist others to work to ensure the satisfaction of guests, for new people and colleagues, to assist in effective training;
• During the shift, assist the service, set the table, communicate with the kitchen to ensure the satisfaction of the guests;
• Be rich in professional knowledge, familiar with the work of the department, master the characteristics of the activities, good at solving the problems in the work;

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Technical secondary school or above;
• Relevant working experience 2 years or above;
• Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
• Have good service skills;
• Be good at communicating with guests and have strong sense of service.
• Fluent in Mandarin, master the basic spoken English;
