F&B Service Runner

• The F&B Service Runner is responsible for handing of the day-to-day operations and works closely with other members of the F&B service team. This position carries our responsibilities in the following function such as to assist the Food Service Attendant and Bartender in serving the guest in accordance to the prescribed service standard of the Pavilion, and will report directly to the Service Captain & Service Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year college course ( fresh graduate is acceptable)

• Proficient in oral and written communication, in any foreign language is an advantage.

• With pleasing personality

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolutions skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Customer service oriented.

• Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
