F&B Service Staff

About the role

As part of the several outlets in Kuta Selatan, Central Kuta, Canggu, Buwit, Ubud, Sanur, we are looking for F&B Service passionate, energetic, and service-oriented to join the Pepito Culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcoming and serving guests warmly, promptly, and professionally in alignment with company standards and SOPs.
2. Carefully receiving and serving food and beverage orders with accuracy.
3. Ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of the dining and service areas at all times.
4. Performing quality and presentation checks on all items prior to serving guests.
5. Graciously handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to deliver an excellent dining experience.
6. Enthusiastically supporting upselling initiatives and promoting featured items to enhance guest experience and boost sales.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of a High School/Vocational Diploma (SMA/SMK) or a Diploma in Hospitality/F&B.
2. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
3. Proficiency in active English communication is highly appreciated.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Well-groomed, neat appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
6. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and prioritizing guest satisfaction.
