F&B Service Supervisor

About the role

The F&B Service Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth restaurant workflow, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support F&B service staff during daily operations
• Assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure proper staffing
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and proper equipment handling
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
• Support the F&B Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Good communication, leadership, and customer-service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work flexible shifts
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
