F&B Service Supervisor

At Moxy, we don't just serve food and drinks, we create experiences. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on, and service-driven F&B Supervisor to lead our Crew and ensure every guest enjoys a vibrant, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.

As an F&B Supervisor, you'll oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, support the team in delivering exceptional service, and ensure operational standards are consistently met. You'll lead by example, inspire the Crew, and help create the lively atmosphere that makes Moxy unique.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the Crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards are maintained.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational updates.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately, including setting up and securing outlets.
• Inspect team grooming, uniform standards, and overall professional presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO), storage organization, and cleanliness.
• Complete inventory counts and coordinate requisition of supplies as required.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery opportunities professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repair works when required.
• Work closely with Kitchen, Bar, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott, Moxy, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Lead & Develop the Crew

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to support individual growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging team environment.
• Serve as a role model and uphold Moxy's culture and service standards.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
