We are seeking energetic and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard
• Prepare beverages, including tea, coffee, and bar drinks (where applicable)
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring all dining areas are clean and well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces
• Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism
• Process payments and operate the till/POS system
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, banquets, and special events as required
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Support in basic food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic culinary practices is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
• Strong teamwork skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment

Pay: £12.71 per hour
