餐務主任負責執行餐務部門的各項行政與日常清潔作業，包含廚房的順利運作。主要負責安排分派職務並追蹤待處理項目。亦須指導和監督團隊，確保各項設備完善、整潔無損壞，打造專業的工作環境。

• 處理顧客抱怨並迅速修正以解決問題，使顧客滿意。
• 將客人意見傳達給餐務經理並採取適當的行動。
• 維持廚房的整潔與衛生，並遵循由食品衛生管理經理所領導的 HACCP 計劃，包含依照要求針對區域進行深層清潔。
• 負責確保各式杯盤與銀器皆被確實清潔。
• 詳細登記各項操作設備與用品的庫存數量及破損記錄。
• 確實遵守各項衛生與安全標準和規範。
• 與各部門維持緊密的工作關係，以確保營運上的有效溝通，成為部門間合作的榜樣。

求才條件

• 普通教育證書/文憑。
• 有豪華飯店/度假村類似職位經驗者優先。
• 至少 3 年管理領域工作經驗，其中 1 年擔任主任職務。
• 具化學和清潔機械工作知識者優先。
• 良好的英語和國語書面和口語能力。
• 需要具備基本的財務和電腦知識。
• 可在台灣合法工作。

Position Overview

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for full Stewarding duties with the administration and day-to-day cleaning operations including smooth running of the Kitchen. The individual is primarily responsible for organizing work and tracing pending projects of the department. The position incumbent directs and supervises the crew to ensure all equipment is in optimal working order, clean, and free from defects, and promotes a professional work environment.

The Role

• Support and enforce standards and procedures for the department, where necessary.
• Communicate expectations, recognize performance, and produce consistent desired business results.
• Assist, manage, and train colleagues in their roles to the greatest ability. The stewarding supervisor must also assist with the kitchens for plate up and to delight guests.
• Handle all guest complaints and take swift corrective action to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Relate all guest comments to the Chief Steward and take proper action.
• Uphold Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and follow the HACCP program as led by the Hygiene Officer, including physical cleaning of areas as required.
• Responsible for ensuring all plates, glasses, and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses.
• Maintaining inventory of operating equipment supplies and breakage records.
• Ensures that all health and safety standards and policies are met at all times.
• Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, and serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support.

Talent Profile

• General Education Certificate / Diploma.
• Experiences in similar roles at luxury hotels/resorts are of advantage.
• At least 3 years in the stewarding field with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of chemical and cleaning machinery is of advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
• Basic financial and computer knowledge is required.
• Can legally work in Taiwan.
