About the customer:

The customer is a fast-growing F&B group in Bali operating a delivery-focused brand. With around 10 outlets across Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu, they specialize in offering a variety of comfort foods from freshly baked cinnamon rolls to artisanal pizzas and tacos. Their concept revolves around creating high-quality, crave-worthy dishes that can be enjoyed conveniently at home.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Store Leader to take full ownership of one of the stores in Bali, with successful candidates placed at either Ubud or Uluwatu store. You will oversee in-store operations, lead a team of 5–10 staff, manage budgets, and drive profitability through effective cost control and team development. You will coordinate staff shifts, train and motivate your team, and ensure delivery and performance targets are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily shifts for a team of 5–10 staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Train new employees and continuously develop the team’s skills in customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
• Oversee budget performance and control operating costs such as labor, food cost, and waste.
• Analyze store profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
• Monitor delivery performance to ensure speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives and new product launches at store level.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and team performance for the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of F&B management experience (cruise ship experience is a plus) with exposure to budget and P&L management.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a small team.
• Strong understanding of store operations, cost control, and customer experience.
• Energetic, responsible, and hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must hold a valid SIM C.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
• Willingness to work weekends with flexible 2 days off.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 /month, plus a bonus scheme based on store performance.
