Lead, coach & motivate the team
Keep daily café operations running smoothly
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to our guests
Support stock, cash & operational procedures
Step up, solve problems & keep the team moving

Experience in F&B or retail operations
Strong leadership & communication skills
Someone who stays calm when the café gets busy
A positive, hands-on team player
Passion for great food, coffee & hospitality
