Responsibilities:
Take orders and serve food & beverages to customers

Anticipate and react to customers needs and maximize their satisfaction

Assist the Manager with administrative tasks such as guest profile management, stock and maintenance requisitions, staff scheduling and record keeping

Assist in oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation

Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in restaurant

Requirements:
Holder of Certificate/Diploma in hotel & catering management

Minimum of 3 year’s experience in F&B industry, experience in hotels will be an advantage

Customer-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility

Strong conflict resolution/management and decision-making skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Able to work on shift ( 0700-1630 / 1230-2200 ), weekends and statutory holidays
