F&B Supervisor

*Inspects the service staff, regular, extra staff for the proper attire, as well as grooming and cleanliness.

*Checks the function room set up before the opening of the outlet for every event.

*Conducts daily briefing to discuss the daily function events, discuss menu and details for each event.

*In cooperation with the Chef, he/she will make sure that the operations are adequate and the presentation and quality are according to standard.

*Makes frequent inspections of the function rooms and rest rooms used by the customers to ensure that the cleanliness is maintained at all times.

*Also makes frequent tours of the function rooms to make sure that all customers are being properly served and should there be any complaints, he will make the necessary adjustments.

*For any guest complaints, he/she will act as coordinator between the kitchen staff, service staff and the guest.

*Ensures that performance of assigned task is in accordance to the policies, procedures and standards set by the Company.

*Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
