F&B Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
• Conduct team briefings and ensure SOP compliance
• Monitor stock and operational requirements
• Prepare daily operational reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B or Hospitality
• Previous supervisory experiences is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of service standards and SOPs
• Able to manage and motivate a team
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Good english communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
