Job Overview
We are seeking a F&B Supervisor to assist in managing daily food and beverage operations and ensure that service, quality, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations and staff
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory and minimize food and operational waste
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Assist in handling customer concerns
- Train and guide F&B staff
- Coordinate with the F&B Manager regarding daily operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or related field preferred
- At least 1–2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules
