What they need
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to supervise and motivate staff.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Able to work under pressure and handle guest complaints.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
